PURCHASE ANALYSIS REPORTS
PURCHASES BY SUPPLIER REPORT
  
This option allows you to view and analyse your Purchases by Suppliers or Creditors. This report may be retrieved on a summarised level to see the totals of Purchases and Goods Returned Notes for each Supplier or Creditor. You may also select to view the details of your Purchases and Goods Returned Notes for each Supplier or Creditor.

To generate a Purchases by Supplier Report:
Click on Reports - Sales Analysis - Purchases by Supplier menu option or press the and and and keys on your keyboard. The Purchases by Supplier Options screen will be displayed.

Title bar. Close button - will exit or close this screen. Select, Screen, Printer, File, E-Mail or Fax. Copies - the number can only be selected if the Printer option is selected. Click to change the Printer and the Page Setup for Dot Matrix Printers. Click to generate the report. Click to close or exit this screen. Enter or select a start and end date. Select to view the details. If left blank, only totals will be displayed. Select the range of Creditor Accounts. Select Creditor Account Number, Account Code, Account Description, Creditor Account Reporting Group 1 or 2.
Select the following options:

 

Option Description
Sequence Select to list the Supplier or Creditor Accounts according to the Account Number, Account Description, Account Type and Creditor Group 1 and 2 (Reporting Groups 1 and 2). The description of Creditor Group 1 or 2 you have entered on the Reporting Group Name field on the Creditor tab on the Setup - System Parameters - Groups menu option may be reflected in this drop down list.
Show Details If this field is left blank, you will view the totals of documents (Purchases and Goods Returned Notes) issued for each Supplier or Creditor.

If this field is selected, the detail of the Purchases and Goods Returned Notes (the date and number), will be displayed for each individual Purchase and Goods Returned Note. The total for each Purchase and Goods Returned Note and for each Supplier or Creditor as well as a grand total of your Purchases will be displayed.
From Account Select the Supplier or Creditor Account in the search facility from which you wish to include in the report.
To Select the Supplier or Creditor Account in the search facility to which you wish to include in the report.
From Enter or select a date.
To Enter or select a date.

Click on the button. The report will be sent to the medium, which you have selected in the Send Report To field.

When you click on the button for any report, which contains transactions, etc. TurboCASH will check for unposted items and display the number of unposted Batches and Documents. You may select to view the details of the unposted Batches and Documents. This is an important facility as these batches contain transactions, which will not be included in your reports.
